APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Must be non-profit, charitable organizations that are tax exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Must engage in work that aligns with the foundation's mission. Please refer to our Focus Areas and Grant Criteria.
3 /
Must submit a Grant Application Form within the following cycle period: April 3 – May 21
4 /
Must operate within one of the three regions our foundation serves: Western Michigan, Central Ohio, & Southern California.
